  • Invoices must be paid within 7 days to avoid late fees of $25 per week.

4. Access to Property

  • Please ensure our team has access to the property at the scheduled time.
  • If access is not provided (e.g., no keys, wrong codes), this will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and charges will apply.
  • For safety, no other contractors or individuals should be on-site during the service unless pre-arranged.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We aim for 100% satisfaction. If there’s an issue, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
  • The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to issues arising from client delays or property conditions beyond our control.

6. Damage and Liability

  • Our team is trained to handle your belongings with care. However, we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing damage.
    • Items that are fragile or improperly installed (e.g., fixtures, artwork).
    • Damage due to improper use of cleaning supplies as directed by the client.
  • Please secure valuable or delicate items prior to the service.

7. Health, Safety, and Cleanliness

  • For the safety of our team, all hazardous materials, broken furniture, or unsafe conditions must be disclosed before the appointment.
  • Homes with infestations or unsafe environments may result in the service being declined, with applicable charges.
  • If pets are present, ensure they are secured for their safety and ours.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is confidential and used solely for service-related purposes.
  • We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

9. Service Limitations

  • We do not perform tasks that may cause damage or pose safety risks, such as:

10. Changes to Scope of Work

  • A confirmation email or message from Butterfly Cleaning Services signifies acceptance of your booking.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless pre-arranged otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, e-transfers, cash, and online payments.
  • Any overdue payments will incur a late fee of $25 per week after a 7-day grace period.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must adhere to our Cancellation Policy:
    • Minimum 2 business days’ notice is required to avoid fees.
    • Late cancellations or rescheduling are subject to applicable charges.
  • Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the service fee.

5. Scope of Services

    • Pre-existing damage.

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any special care instructions.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
  • Our guarantee does not apply to complaints made after this period or to issues caused by client interference.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
